Poole & Company incorporated a rich offering of amenities including an outdoor pool with tanning deck and twelve-foot television, an equipped fitness on-demand studio, lounge, and private study rooms and outdoor courtyards with games, fire pits, and grilling areas.  Bluetooth phone access control and entry locks and surveillance systems were also incorporated to create a non-threatening but secure environment.  The development includes 89 boutique style units, furnished to optimize space, with a total of 250 bedrooms in a mix of one, two, three, four, and five-bedroom units. Stairs and elevators extend below grade to access the 250 car parking deck and bicycle storage.
