A 14,000 SF lobby renovation of the existing Elevate 758 apartment complex in the historic district of Mobile. Project scope includes HVAC improvements, improved finishes, a modern exterior canopy and signage, new elevators, and landscaping. Project succeeded in creating a welcoming, modern environment for prospective and current tenants.
